Baseball season starts in a few weeks. But I see similarities to excellence on the field and Dr. Heisler and his team of professionals whenever I visit. His team, the Elites, hit home runs every time I visit. The fan base is always rewarded with a win and the team performs flawlessly and never disappoints the fans, including me. The Elites show their exceptional skills every time at bat and Dr. Heisler is an example of an extraordinary coach, leader and captain. As a dentist, he is at the top of his game! Dr. H is amazing! Who likes to go to the dentist?! But the staff makes the whole experience simple and easy. This is the only place I recommend for your dental needs. They have a new X-ray machine that's super easy. And they have Netflix if you want to watch while you're getting your teeth clean.

After not going to the dentist for over a decade, Dr Heisler and his staff definitely put my anxiety at ease. I went in for a cleaning and consultation; From the moment I walked in it was all smiles with their amazing receptionist Kim, then both Lauren the RDH and Dr Heisler took their time to explain every treatment to me thoroughly. I was in search for a new dentist and my good friend recommended Eliot Heisler. Super easy to make an appointment and the day of my visit, there was no wait! The staff there were super friendly and attentive. Eliot Heisler was honest which was a big plus. My filling was quick and pain free. Did I mention there is a tv and massage chair? They even gave me a Elite Dental Beach towel. Happy I decided to make the change.
I came to find Dr Heisler by my oral surgeon for a double implant, I needed a dentist for the 2 crowns to complete and Dr Heisler did an amazing job, he is a perfectionist and one of the most personable trustworthy Dentists I have ever been to. He recently did some cosmetic work on a chipped front tooth that has completely changed my smile without breaking the bank. Also, the entire staff especially , Melanie the office manager and Lorraine the hygienist are professional and wonderful!
The staff is exceptional. Very personable and attentive. Dr.Heisler is kind and knowledgeable. I travel from Manhattan to Great Neck for his talents. The dental chair is a massage for your back and a TV with Netflix is within view to sooth the patient. I highly recommend this practice.
